My new nephew, Tucker, was born last week (on my birthday in fact)! He is not only a carbon copy of his older brother, Wade, but he is also the most photogenic baby ever. This past weekend I was able to capture some newborn and family photos for my family to celebrate the growth of their family.

The most challenging part of this shoot was wrangling a two year old into the poses we wanted. It sure did make it interesting, though. We tried everything from bribery to reverse psychology to get the cutest shots. Wade would hold a smile for approximately .5 seconds before losing interest and running away. But, according to Haley and Travis that is just life with a toddler. So, we rolled with it! I took a TON of photos to get those rare .5 second smiles. The moments I was able to capture though completely showed off Wade's personality.

Tucker, on the other hand was a dream client :-) He slept through the entire session, which made it super easy to pose him and get the photos we wanted of him. I have always looked up to Haley and Travis, and seeing them as parents to two boys has been the absolute best. Their patience, love and kindness makes it easy to admire them!
