The best grad sessions are the ones that show who you are at this time in your life. Bring fun props! Do silly poses! Be yourself! Grad photography does not have to be boring and staged. My favorite sessions have involved pizza on the quad, birding around campus, donuts (because why not?) and of course some good ol’ jumping photos.

This is one of my Most. Asked. Questions. Should I do a classic white dress? Can I wear something floral? What photographs best? First and foremost, make sure whatever you are wearing is something you feel completely comfortable and confident in. Don’t pick out a dress that you are constantly going to have to readjust so that it looks right or something that looks stylish but just isn’t you. DO wear your go-to dress or jumpsuit. Solid colors may give you a more timeless look, but don’t be afraid to wear the current trends to create a capsule photography session!
